Q: What's the difference between Unflavored and Chocolate?

Q: Does it contain milk?

Yes. Both flavors: Contains Milk.

Q: Can I mix it in coffee?

The label says not to mix it with hot liquids. Use cold or room-temperature liquid and drink it right after mixing.

Q: Which flavor should I pick?

If you want the shortest possible label, Unflavored: one ingredient. If you'd rather it taste like something, Chocolate: same 2,000 mg of colostrum, plus cocoa, natural flavor and monk fruit.

That's the serving size on the label: one scoop, about 2 g for Unflavored or 3 g for Chocolate.
