If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. This covers:

• One-time orders, opened or unopened.
• Your first subscription order, opened or unopened.
• Items added to your order after checkout.

Subscription renewal orders

Renewal orders (the second subscription shipment onward) can't be cancelled or returned once the order is created. That's why we email you 7 days, 3 days and 1 day before every renewal: you have time to skip, delay or cancel before you're charged. Your first subscription order is still covered by the 30-day guarantee above.
