Shipping Policy

Cost

Free shipping on every 3-pack and 6-pack, and on 3- and 5-bottle bundles. Other orders show their shipping options and cost at checkout, from your address, before you pay.

When it ships

Orders typically ship within 1–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 5–7 days on average. Expect delays around holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Carrier and tracking

We ship with UPS. Sometimes UPS hands the package to USPS for final delivery; your tracking number updates when it does. Tracking is emailed to you when your order ships.

Where we ship

Orders ship from the USA to US addresses. Anything you add on the pages after checkout ships in the same box.

Subscriptions

Renewals ship on your pack's schedule (1 pack every 30 days, 3 every 90, 6 every 180). 3- and 6-pack renewals ship free.

Your address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If it's wrong, contact us right away; we can't guarantee a change once an order is submitted.
